Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Return Eligibility

At ElectroHub, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are in their original condition and packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Software licenses and digital downloads.
• Consumable items that have been opened (e.g., batteries, ink cartridges).
• Custom-configured products.
• Personal hygiene electronics (e.g., in-ear headphones if opened).

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

4. Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error (defective or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping costs. For other returns, the customer is responsible for shipping the item back to our warehouse.
